Dear Microsoft,

A lot of customers have multiple production environments, and sometimes it is only one of the environments that uses premium features.

Can we implement User experience on the environment level instead of inside the company information.

This allows customers to have a production environment with Premium licenses and one with Essential licenses.
This could be built alongside permissions for the different environments, mentioned in the thread below:

Thank you for this suggestion! As per the licensing FAQ you can mix Premium and Essential licenses within the same AAD Tenant, but not within the same Business Central environment. The suggested way to set this up is to separate Essential and Premium users in different AAD Groups and assign those groups to the environments that are Essential or Premium. Unfortunately there is a current technical limitation that users requiring access to both Essential and Premium environments will have to use two different licensed accounts, one for each license type.
