Some organizations, especially in the public sector, allow employees to donate leave. However, there may restrictions on how much leave can be donated or sold. Currently the system does not have any mechanisms to control or limit the amount of leave that you can sell or buy. Adding additional functionality to control the buy and sell leave policies would allow much more flexibility for organizations to control the functionality.
