Hi, sorry but any CRM or ticket system on the internet offer dashboards/reports via email in a way to team managers review each day performance. Do not offer an option to send Dashboard (Dyn already have good ones) or Reports through email is so useless for a company who sells "Microsoft Office" as the "most productive" tool on the market... So the other MS products share the same vision on the market or not? Why to many lack of resources/features by design? This opens market for third partners sell tools to complement needs to a company be effective and this means increase the price - at all - to customers adopt Dynamics and two or three add-ons. For sales subject, we need check every day: - how many calls, emails sent, visits, proposals sent/won/lose For Services: - how many cases opened - how many cases resolved - who is the technnician with more cases (qty x effectiveness solved) For Projects: - how many taks finished - qty of owner x effectiveness solved - ... Sorry MS, but you >>> fail <<< for most basic feature which aim the productivity needed by all companies! I´m wrong or more IT guys share my point of vision?
