Open absence allow update after employee has moved leave plans

If employee has submitted an open sickness absence and not updated/confirmed end date this record won't update at the moment if the employee has been moved to a new leave and absence plan. (Plan contains same sickness absence type and the transactions display under it in the new leave plan)

The data updates in the underlying table accurately however the status remains as Draft and can't be confirmed ended.

Was reported to Microsoft and details runs through however suggested creating an idea to address this issue.

I think its a bug. Should be able to update/update confirmed ended even if employee has moved plans.
