Purchase agreement can be edited when they are 'Effective' and status remains 'Effective' only. It should change to Draft and confirmation should be required to make it effective again.
It should be like Purchase Order , where if any change made to effective(confirmed) PO , it becomes Draft and needs Confirmation again.
