Update - we are investing on Copilot capabilities for Knowledge at the moment and will find relevant opportunities to address these ideas that can help make Copilot better for Q&A.

Carina, thanks for submitting the idea, I upvoted. Can you share where you found documentation on how the View count is calculated? I couldn't find any official documentation that explained in detail.
