It would be nice to future be able to select-mark preferred contact persons, not having the option to visualized preferred contact person, the user may conventionally identify preferred contact person.

Having the option to select-mark preferred contact person per customer/vendor/prospect the user may efficiently connect to preferred contact person.

Not having the option to identify and/or default preferred contact person per user, the user may only identify main contacts, and potentially VIP main contacts.

Having the option to identify preferred default contact person, the administrator may potentially be able to inquiry end user contact person network assigned per customers, vendors, prospects.
