Our internal crm 'end user' does not know what 'Custom' or Default means. She just opens the forms and once she does not find the field in the list, she skips her try to add a field on the fly, frustrated as 'it is not there'.


The search functionality only searches for default OOTB. But mostly the user want search all the fields and not just 'Default'.


From a user experience perspective this is just impossible. To put it positively, we are just one step to the next best solution. Show 'All'.
