The new functionality to view PDF directly in Business Central without downloading is a step back for us. Especially during the year end audit, our auditor requests many invoices. Previously, this was a 1 click download, whereby the invoice number was included in the download name. Now we first need to view the file in BC and then download the file. The name of the invoice is no longer in the file name. This means that we manually need to rename the file, which is a tedious process if you need to download many invoices.
