Sometimes retailers have specific prices on serial numbers. Example if products are sold as floor models or outlet products, where the outlet is not a specific channel. Then the prices needs to be reduced on these specific products. But not on the product it self since a new product (same item number) is not reduced in price.
We can solve this by generating a serial number on the specific product and add a trade agreement for the specific serial number, which will work in std. D365.
But this is not supported in call center/POS. This means the cheapes price will be added to the product, meaning all new products are also reduced.
This can not be handled with manual discounts, since this should also be possible to communicate on a website.

Please enable std. price functionality for serial numbers on POS/Call center/e-commerce.
