Embedded Power BI reports are currently managed with Power BI Embedded Workspaces in Azure. Once a report has been embedded a GUID that references the published PowerBI resource is saved to the PBIEmbeddedReportConfig table in D365 F&O that is used to load the embedded report when the corresponding menu item is opened. There are times when this data becomes invalid and must be purged. The most common case for this is a database restore from a higher tier environment (i.e. sandbox), however I have seen it occur on DEV instances as well. When this happens we have to go to SSMS to delete the records from the table.

It would be nice if this table were made available from the application so that the records could be deleted from here if necessary.

This functionality may or may not be impacted by the move to the new Power BI Server/API (when that occurs), so please treat accordingly.
