Our users would like to have the same kind of filtering Excel offers on the D365 views.

For example, in Excel, on the filtering option of a column, I will see all of the possible values available for selection as checkboxes, as well as "Blank" ...

Whereas in D365, if I filter down a column, I have "equals", "contains", and so on.
