Having created a OneNote document in Dynamics 365 online a warning is displayed on the record's associated document grid stating "Shared files exist in multiple locations".

Selecting to view All Document Locations as suggested by the warning it then shows an additional 4 OneNote files. These are hidden in Sharepoint though.

The warning and displaying the 'hidden' files in Dynamics is confusing for users.

These additional OneNote files should be hidden as they are in other MS products e.g. Sharepoint.
