I had a ticket for an issue where when the employment history is exported, the time zone changes such that it casus the employment dates to be off an entire day. For example, on the front end you would see the employment history ending 6/1/2021 11:59:59. When you export this record (through DMF or through reporting) the date that is export is in UTC which makes it 6/2/2021 5:59:59. This is very wrong and causes reporting issues. There really need to be a way to not have the export change the data in this way. Users should not have to have their time zone be different than where they currently are just for export purposes
