Idea:

Add the ability to freeze columns in entity views within Dynamics 365 (including Field Service). This would allow users to lock one or more important columns—such as “Customer” or “Work Order Number”—while scrolling horizontally to view other columns.

Why this matters:

Currently, when views have many columns, users lose sight of key identifiers while scrolling. Freezing columns improves usability and efficiency, especially for large datasets.

Reference:

This feature already exists in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, and bringing it to model-driven apps would create a consistent experience across the platform.
