The ability to display static text as a hyperlink in a URL Field - when clicked the URL opens, opposed to displaying the URL.
Similar to inserting a hyperlink in Outlook you can choose text to display in the body of an email.
For example - a user would see Microsoft Help as a clickable link instead of https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-service/help-hub.
