The comments field is used for reporting to enter information, which subsequently needs to be made available to management for follow-up through reporting/PowerBi. Several customers consistently state that the existing 60 characters are too few; they need the comments field to be expanded. Currently, they have a cumbersome process where they first export data to Excel, manually adjust the comments, and then transfer it to PowerBi. This is not an optimal solution. If it were possible to enter more text than 60 characters, it could be handled smoothly in one single process.
