In the current functionality of Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, the Mode of delivery field appears on the Shipments ready to ship page, but it remains empty. Although the field is visible, it does not display any values, even when the mode of delivery is correctly filled in on the related sales order.

This limitation prevents users from filtering or grouping shipments based on the mode of delivery, which is an essential part of daily warehouse and shipping operations. Since the data already exists on the sales order, the requirement is simply to surface this information on the Shipments ready to ship screen so that warehouse teams can work efficiently.
