That Company- Contacts are created when Customers or Vendors are created is normal

• I think there are many BC- using companies that use Contacts for marketing, and these companies create only company contacts, because they do not have a Person-Contact when they get the address the first time.
• Often they do not need nor want to waste their database with unneeded Contacts, because the customer is normally a onetime- customer who bought one item via an online platform, and never again, so if they create a contact, the want only a Person OR a Company not both.
• And sometimes they do not want any contact to be created if a customer comes from a specific source, because of only one time customer.
