Each time a new user is licensed and then added to Dynamics, their time zone is set to the default utc 0, causing manual work to change each user's profile.
I would like to be able to configure the default time zone so that new users are added to the tool with this parameter defined according to the instance configuration

Going further, I would even suggest that it's defaulted based on the user address

This is especially frustrating given the Field Service module relies on the time zone for the scheduling of user-based resources. We have written a custom plugin to handle this change, but it seems like something that should be controlled administratively.
