Possibility to add schemaupdatemode to none - just compile and deploy the code

Very often you don't make changes to the schema but rather on code only. On big databases which takes minutes to deploy and synch an extension, it's really a problem. Is it possible to add it as an option where it skips the schema changes and deploy only code?
