Requesting an indication to know that two people are working on the same service order so that the updates are not over-written on the service order.

• If a user is in a service order and modifying it, they don't want a second/third user to be able to modify the same service order at the same time.
• When two users are editing the same service order, they updates are over-written, an indication that more than one person is on a service order would be helpful.
• When saving changes to a service order that has been modified by another user, the user should be alerted that your updates have not been saved. Please review the service order to incorporate the latest changes before saving your modifications.
