Customers are really needing a specific tool which can help them to see the features are getting installed , enabled, mandated for a specific update of FO release. The snapshot of the Feeatures that are currently in the system should be saved and the new features can be tracked as current relase. This way customer should be able to compare the features that are installed per release and compare them with the latest release. This will help them to compare between two releases and also from the old one to the latest one. There is a lot of confusion on what new features are installed and what are made mandated, what are enabled by user and so on !. The tool should really help customer
