Scenario:
User posts payment journal lines before the remittance advice email job queue completes, causing “payment lines do not exist” error.
Suggestion:
Add a real-time notification on the Payment Journal page showing the status of the remittance advice email job queue (e.g., “Emails are still being queued – do not post yet”) and provide a soft warning when posting if any lines have pending email jobs.
Benefit:
- Stops email failures and saves extra work.
