Hello,
could we get service interruption messages "Business Central Service Health Incident" (source o365mc@microsoft.com) to the Notification Recipients list defined in Business Central Admin Portal (source no-reply-dynamics365@microsoft.com)?
Currently, the D365 BC platform issues are coming as notifications only from the Entra Health page to two email addresses. Could you please change it so messages like "Failures when attempting to access your environment" or "Users are unable to access your environment" are delivered directly to the involved people?
