Dear Microsoft,

we are a B2B company and we use Insights to inform our distributors on what is new, products and promotions.

When we do an extract on a segment or when we analyze bounced and blocked emails, it has become a nightmare to understand which distributor is receiving or not receiving a communication.

The only available data is ContactID, FirstName, LastName and the email address. We have around 600 distributors which may even have 300 branch offices and the only way to check to which account a bounced email is connected to, we need to open contact by contact. Or if we need to check if an account is included in a marketing list, even filtering by domain, the only way is to check one by one.

With previous environment, we were at least able to create a segment and then run a filter in contacts to have the full details. Now we are spending hours on doing analysis...it has become a nightmare. Any chance to have more data? Account, City and Country would be great to have. Thanks!
