When a Required Field is placed in the Header sectoion in Form, it'll be the following behavior.

<Repro steps>
1. Place a Required Field in the Header section in Form
2. Open Form, and leave Required Field as blank, then following message is appearing.
"You must enter a value in the new_*****.(*Schema name)"

Please correct the information of a message to display name, not a schema name.
