Wish there is a future option to easily process team profile or employee expectation search from actual search without having to hire an applicant to process expectation profile search (e.g. skills, actitud, environment, tasks, jobs, titles, job description, etc...)

Not having an option to search for ideal or profile expectation search, even when there maybe a chance to find 0 zero or vacant not available. user may potentially process vlookups or process search outside the system or with power apps.
