-Users when they try to cerate a phone call or any activity records, there is no option for a quick create form

-The form opens in full screen instead of a quick create form

-Even if we create a quick create form for activity (Phone call) we don't get the option to  make it as a default form

-Moreover the newly created form doesn't loads when we click on the + button to create a quick phone call activity

Customizing the social pane

-Users do not have the option to customize the social pane

-fields added to phone call form doesn't reflects on the social pane under phone call activity

-There is no option to even add fields to social pane

-Users should be given the ability to create the quick create form for activity records and the phone call should be made customizable
