In the future featuring option to easily support a decision making reference based on transaction or transaction group maybe optimum ideal (e.g. yammer votes transaction grouping reference, or community council, or board council, or supervisor council, or member to member supporting reference....)
Not featuring a supporting reference to a decision making from HR perspective, the HR department may not have enough tools to based final decision makings... or potential source of auditing, tracking.
