Personnel changes in a company is an ordinary process - people come and go. If sales peron goes, very often he goes away with all customer information - no one in company knows whether customer was contacted, what was the topic, sales history and communication history is missing. Usually CRM would be suggested for customer information and communication management, but not in all cases company choose to have it, what refers that also in Dynamics 365 for Finance and operations should have possibility to make and receive calls through Skype for business and register communication history. Same things with business mails - it should be possible to access e-mails which has been sent out to particular customers to be able to keep full customer history. Customer is owned by company, not sales person, so it has to be possible to bind with customer and customer contact persons directly in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.
