F&O Virtual Entitites relationship

Make sales manager on PojectEntity to be a lookup instead of just a string in virtual entity, it should work just like purchase order where the project type is a lookup.

Make lookup relationships on Virtual Entity Fields that point directly to F&O table. Now it seems Virtual Entity only resolves lookup relationship from F&O entity to entity - not entity to table.
