Currently, empty appointments are automatically generated when you click the Dynamics 365 tab on the appointment creation screen in the Outlook client.
This should be generated when saving an Outlook appointment, as it will create appointments that the user does not intend.
The expected impact is not a specific user issue, but issues that affect features that many users will always use need to be remedied.
