We have a customer with 100's and 100's of locations. One Service Contract to cover Service Items across all locations.
If an item requires service it is shipped to the service center and a good unit immediately shipped out from a hot-spare inventory.
Once the defective item is repaired it becomes part of the hot-spare inventory.
We would like to be able to change the ship-to of a Service Item, so we know what item is at what location, yet have a single Service Contract covering all Service Items.
The way the system works right now we would require many 100's of Service Contracts, one per customer ship-to - impossible.

I've just discovered that in the Contract Line Selection list you can clear the ship-to filter by right clicking Shiop-to Code on the header - this than allows multiple ship-to's to be added to the contract.
