We set up the double opt-in for one of our Business Unit, we choose into the settings to send an automatic email trought the default journey to each people that submit a form. This part is OK.
But, we also need to ensure that all others people that enter into our system CRM or Marketing receives this default email and journey to give us their consent. We need to st-up also the double opt-in on others marketing sources than only forms, how can we manage this?
Also, in our side, we don't see any change after the people cliqued on the PREFRENCES button and give their second concent. The field stay with 'OPT-IN', how we can be sure that the double opt-in is well taking into account into our Leads or Contact?
