Wish there is a future option to activate pop up messages (e.g. VIP customer) for purpose to potentially enhanced service to a particular consumer, or consumer of potential reference or potential legal entity preference.

Not featuring activation pop-up messages, on order entries, invoicing, deliveries, user my not easily identify level of potential remarks of importance (e.g. VIP customer, sensitive information customer, social or consumer behavior, history, etc...)
