In the webclient we are missing some basics regarding personalisations. These basics were foreseen before in RTC-client but are no longer available in webclient:

* Possibility to delete complete fasttab
In RTC a complete fasttab could be deleted. In webclient it is only possible to delete all fields, but still the fasttab will remain visible.

* Possibility to move the order from fasttabs
In RTC you could define the order of fasttabs. This is no longer possible in webclient.

* Personalisation was much easier in RTC
You could perform the personalisations with a menu. Now everything has to been done with drags / drops. This is not so user-friendly.

* It is not possible in webclient to change the order of actions. This function is only possible for actions which are under the section 'More options'.

* To view the actions in the ribbon, you always have to click on the section to view them. It is possible to pin that action bar. This pinned action bar is not saved after closing the client. It should be good to have on user the possibility to define : always show all action bars on all pages.

The ability to hide a Fasttab keeps coming up every couple of months as a feedback point through consulting and sales colleagues, who are in turn looking to deliver the best user experience for our customers and prospects. The most common scenario I hear is when you've hidden all the fields in the Fasttab and now you want to hide the empty Fasttab too, but you can't.

It's just part of the wider idea submitted here, which I have of course voted for. There have been some improvements for customised Action bars, but I haven't seen anything new on personalising Fasttabs.

Just wanted to add my voice to say that this would still be a very valuable personalisation addition, even though the idea has been here for 2.5 years!

in regards to the personalization, a combination of the 2 would be great. bring back the menu like NAV, but allow us to drag up/down to change the order instead of clicking move up/move down repeatedly to get the fields where you want them.

How many votes does we need to bring it in on the roadmap? This one has already enough votes, I suppose?

This would really help to move experienced end users to accept the new web client opportunities and cloud offerings.
