Provide a way to handle paid/free registrations for the same Event.

There may be situations where some attendees (e.g Members) are entitled to a free pass, but others (e.g Non-members) should pay.

Whilst this could be handled through discount codes, another option could be to make passes configurable to only be visible to authenticated and/or anonymous portal users.

Hey Adam,

As an association we desperately needed this and ended up having to get our developer to create some XML fetches to validate against their status and see what passes should be available.
