Error message to be displayed when the Responsible resource in the template used for "Copy project" has been terminated.

The system should show a message when the "Copy project" process cannot be completed when in the used template there is assigned Responsible resource who is already terminated.
Currently the system does not show any info message and instead no new project record is created.
