Move Dutch functionalitu Check Purchase Amounts to W1

Right now there is a Dutch functional Check Purchase Amounts.

this is not a Dutch but more a W1 feature. When that is build in we need some changes to make it work:

  • Make VAT difference available in the check
  • Make is optional (not by default on)
  • UI must be the same when it is off
