When starting the Business central web client , users tend to want to use "Tell me" instantly to navigate to the task they want to do.
We notices that "Tell me" only gets populated, starts working AFTER the role center finishes rendering.
To reduce the negative effect of a performance issue on the role center, loading the "Tell me" first will give the users a more responsive experience.

To add on this, if a slow stack is put on the role center it is also not very clear why the client becomes unresponsive. So it would be a great customer experience improvement to not have to wait for stacks to be calculated before being able to search, or make it clear why it won't allow you to search so a customer is aware of their own choices if they put slow stacks on the role center.
