Currently, transcript emails generated by the Microsoft Contact Centre chatbot default to GMT, regardless of the user's location. This creates confusion for users in other time zones, especially in regions like Australia where AET is standard.

I request the ability to customize the time zone format of transcript emails based on:

The user's Microsoft 365 profile time zone.

The chatbot's configured locale.

A manual override setting in Copilot Studio or Dynamics 365 Contact Center.

This feature would greatly improve clarity, reduce manual conversion errors, and enhance the global usability of the transcript system.
