allowing monitoring data retrieval from LCS to SCOM/Application Insights

I would like to access the LCS Monitoring data (i.e. slow running queries) in LCS for trend analysis and alerts. I would like to integrate the LCS data from Dynamics 365FO with other data from on-premises systems that are data sources for D365FO. How can I get API access to the LCS environment monitoring?

"In a future update we will start transferring telemetry data into the cloud. " Is this still part of your planned process as well?
