User should be able to edit the Expiry Date in Rebate Agreement.     

Steps: Sales & marketing 🡪 Customer rebates 🡪 Rebate agreements , user is trying to edit the expiry date. Actual Behaviour: User is unable to edit the expiry date when Rebate transaction already exist.

Expected Behaviour: User should be able to edit the expiry date even though the Rebate transaction exist as in AX 2012.
