Add fields run time and setup time to capacity ledger entries

Add fields run time and setup time to capacity ledger entries.
The fields are in the table (ctrl+alt+f1), but the user can not add them via personalize.
This can be very handy when analyzing reported hours on oprations/prod orders.

Thank you for your feedback. The requested fields are available on the page 5832 "Capacity Ledger Entries".  By default, the "Setup Time" and "Run Time" fields are hidden, however, you can easily add it by personalizing the page.

Note that these fields are part of Manufacturing module and require Premium license (Manufacturing application area).
