For project and team related reasons (e.g. UAT/Go-Live, team events) it would be great if the leave requests could be soft and/or hard blocked for certain leave types and/or employees/teams/departments.
A soft block would still allow to approve the leave though the approver should get a warning message, while a hard block would for example not allow to select the included days for the considered leave types.
