Unfortunately, the SMS feature isn't a great developer experience at all. I would love to see this being re-engineered to have a separate table for SMS, and be able to group SMS replies together. Where this really falls over is that you have to be logged into Dynamics 365 to see replies (and there is no where to see missed replies) :-(
