The lookup controls on the Interactive Service Hub are not consistent with the same lookup control in the main CRM UI. The lookup control in Interactive Service Hub only searches on the primary field of the entity compared to the lookup control in the main CRM UI which searches against all search fields defined for the entity.

There is also an issue where the lookup control in the Interactive Service Hub does not accept * as a wild card, however it does accept % as a wild card. Again very inconsistent with the main CRM UI.
