Using a workspace, the settings for enabling code cops in folder A (app) and disabling them in folder B (test) are not considered - which is a bug. However, my GitHub request to fix that was not accepted. Read about the details here: https://github.com/microsoft/AL/issues/5489

Please vote to make the AL Language extension working as expected.

Just tested with two apps in a multi-root workspace. Works fine for me.
I can enable code analysis in App A and disable in App B and have them together open in a workspace.
Also tested with different AppSourceCop in both projects, e.g. different suffix. Works as expected.

Agree - please fix.
We often have several extensions open in the same workspace, and the extensions often have different mandatoryPrefix settings.
