Currently there is only one option to enable or disable recording notification for customers which plays an audio message when recording begins to let customers know they are being recorded.

Being able to customize this message with different voices and allow for custom mp3/wav files would allow us to tailor to our target audience and include messaging that aligns with our legal and regulatory requirements.
